• Markkus’ sire, Muuri, and grandsire, Myyri, are both ranked in the top five of the Finnish Landrace breed on performance index. 
•  Markku is a wide bladed, heavy skeleton, heavy muscled boar. 
•  A long bodied boar, he has an excellent combination of length and width of rump and ham.  He is a big footed, bold fronted boar with a moderate ear size and excellent testicle size. 
•  The Myyri line from which Markku originates is noted for combining together superior muscle, ruggedness and durability.
